Join Our Team as a Video Content Analyst German Speaker

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Salary & Benefits: Up to 16100 gross; 3240 language bonus; meal allowance (7.63 / day); transport (700); yearly performance bonus (5% of base)

What you'll do:

• Review and assess user reports on video content
• Handle sensitive material with discretion and professionalism
• Remove inappropriate or policy-violating content
• Apply guidelines consistently to ensure a safe viewing environment

What we're looking for:

• German native / fluent English (B2)
• Flexible for rotating shifts (including occasional nights)
• Tolerance for sensitive / graphic content
• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
• Quick learner, adaptable and objective in decision-making
