Zusammenfassung

Wealth Wings in Frankfurt is seeking a Vice President to join its investment team. You will lead evaluation and execution of private credit and investment opportunities across Europe, build and review financial models, and prepare investment committee materials.

You will manage stakeholders, structure capital solutions, and own transactions throughout the lifecycle while supporting portfolio monitoring. Fluent German is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Private Credit, Private Debt, Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, M&A, Structured Finance, or a related investment environment.
• Strong experience in credit analysis, financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution.
• Solid understanding of leveraged finance, capital structures, and debt financing solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead transactions and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in German; additional European languages are a plus.
