Darwin Recruitment is seeking motivated Installation Technicians to support the installation of Vestas onshore wind turbines. This role offers hands‑on experience in turbine installation and the chance to contribute to safe, efficient on-site assembly.

You will join a site team, work with mechanical and electrical installation tasks, and follow technical drawings and method statements to ensure high quality results while maintaining strict HSE standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in wind turbine installation or similar field.
• Experience working with Vestas.
• Basic mechanical and/or electrical knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices.

Aufgaben

• Assist with the mechanical and electrical installation of onshore wind turbines
• Support tower, nacelle, and blade installation activities
• Perform basic commissioning tasks under supervision
• Follow technical drawings, manuals, and method statements
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with HSE standards and site procedures
• Use specialist tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Identify and report faults, defects, or installation issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and installation records
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors, engineers, and other technicians
