LEGO Group in Stuttgart sucht Verkäufer (m/w/d) in Teilzeit im LEGO Store Stuttgart. Du begrüßt Gäste, führst Kassentätigkeiten durch und wirkst stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell. Du sorgst dafür, dass jeder Store-Besuch zu einem positiven Einkaufserlebnis wird.

Wir bieten eine gute Einarbeitung, flexible Arbeitszeiten und ein kollegiales Team. Deutsch ist Pflicht, Englisch von Vorteil. LEGO Group fördert Sicherheit, Vielfalt und Kreativität.

Qualifications

• Deutschkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Gäste begrüßen und Kassentätigkeiten durchführen.
• Für eine saubere, ansprechende Store-Umgebung sorgen und Displays pflegen.
• Lagerbereich sicher und ordnungsgemäß nutzen und Warenannahme unterstützen.
• Kundenanliegen lösen und ggf. an den Manager melden.
• Kundenpflege und Einsatz von Werbematerialien/Loyalty-Programmen.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
• Customer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
