Job summary

LEGO Brand Retail Inc. in Germany seeks team members to ensure a signature guest experience, greet every guest, operate cash registers, and represent a professional, friendly manner at all times.

You will keep the store clean, maintain displays, learn LEGO visual standards, assist in stocking, handle customer issues, engage with customers, use promotional materials and loyalty programs, and work under a hybrid policy with three days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn LEGO Brand Retail standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and provide a signature experience; operate all cash register functions with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment by daily cleaning and stocking displays according to LEGO Brand Retail standards.
• Assist in receiving merchandise, manage stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards, and follow safety regulations; report shortages to management.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager; engage with customers to enhance their experience.
• Utilize promotional materials and loyalty programs to drive engagement and sales.
• Handle typical store operations tasks as part of daily duties.

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
• Customer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty
