Venture Manager (all genders welcome)

In this role, you will steer and oversee all Venture activities with strategic foresight and contribute significantly to achieving our Venture objectives and targets.

What You Can Expect
  • Develop and implement with the incubation management the market, business and advanced service strategy and action‑plan for the venture towards optimization of market potential, break‑even point and return on invest; drive and monitor progress.
  • Develop and implement together with the realization management and operative functions the unified and standardized procedures that ensure service scalability.
  • Provide development teams within creation with adequate, well‑formulated market requirements for most effective and targeted development.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Back‑office functions to ensure business continuity.
  • Act as request agent/opportunity creator in strong collaboration with prospects for new advanced service ideas from concept to realization.
  • Ensure intrapreneurial mindset within the venture.
  • Manage team members in the respective area within incubation by empowering and encouraging team members for optimum performance, ensuring employee‑oriented personnel development and competence management in consideration of venture requirements, and promoting company values and culture.
  • Achieve defined goals and objectives in the respective area effectively and efficiently within the required time and budget.
  • Deliver insights to development teams regarding market needs, customer pain points, and corresponding market requirements for effective technical solution development.
  • Provide incubation management with strategies and action plans to optimize market potential, break‑even point and ROI.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure compliance with unified procedures for advanced service delivery.
  • Collaborate with prospects management to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
