Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience with Claude or comparable frontier AI tools and good prompting intuition.
• Structured, analytical thinking with ability to build models and extract decisions from data.
• Strong project management instincts; track progress, flag obstacles, close loops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in client and internal contexts.
• Fluency in German and English.

• Real proficiency with Claude or comparable frontier AI tools — you've used them extensively, you know how to prompt well, and you have an intuition for where they fail
• Structured, analytical thinking; comfortable building models, interpreting data, and turning outputs into decisions
• Strong project management instincts — you track what's moving, flag what's stuck, and close the loop without being asked
• Exceptional written and verbal communication — you can write a crisp client memo and a clear internal Slack message with equal ease
