The role

You work on live customer projects where data, technology, and operational judgment come together. Together with our product, you identify revenue opportunities and risks in hospital data, help customers understand what matters, and support them in acting on the findings. But you don't stop at the customer: what you learn in the field flows right back into the product, so that what works for one hospital can create value across many.

You're a student or recent graduate who has already shown that you can turn a messy, open-ended problem into a useful result, whether through an internship, university project, research, or something you built yourself. You learn quickly and want to take on real responsibility early.

• You're good with people. You can sit with a medical controller, listen well, and present your findings with confidence.
• High self-drive. You ship without being asked twice and stay productive when things are ambiguous.
• AI tools are already part of how you work. You know how to get real leverage from them, where to trust them, and where to check their work.
