Job summary

calliora is building the AI operating layer for hospital economics. Based in Munich, we seek a proactive professional to own strategic projects end to end, from hypothesis to execution, collaborating directly with the founders. You will conduct market, competitive and pricing analyses, build business cases, and shape investor materials.

You will thrive in ambiguity, own outcomes, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives with real ownership and a competitive equity package.

Qualifications

You are the founders' right hand, and you work on whatever has the highest leverage right now. Today a market analysis, tomorrow a customer pitch, the day after a new internal process. You don't need a fixed role definition; you need the ambition to solve any problem put in front of you, and the instinct to spot the ones nobody has articulated yet. You take on the hardest challenges and turn them into lasting solutions the team can build on.
What that looks like in practice:

• Independent ownership of strategic projects directly with the founders, from hypothesis to execution.
• Market, competitive and pricing analysis that builds the decision basis for the founders, from new segments and products to partnerships.
• Business cases and financial models for strategic decisions, from pricing to new market entries.
• Shaping investor and board materials with the founders: strategic narratives, market sizing, and the content behind the numbers.
• Driving cross-functional initiatives that don't belong to a single team yet, from first concept until they have a clear owner.
• Preparing the founders for high-stakes conversations with customers, partners and investors.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Excellent analytical skills. You structure faster than the problem grows, communicate precisely, and present with confidence.
• You move with urgency and default to action. You own outcomes end to end, take pride in the unglamorous details, and stay productive in ambiguity without waiting for instructions.
• You apply the same quality standard to an internal slide deck as to an investor presentation.
• You're fluent in the business: business cases, pricing logic, financial modelling and executive communications.
• A strong intuition for AI, software, and automation, and the instinct to build your own tooling rather than add headcount.
• Excellent written and spoken communications skills in both German and English.
