Hager Group in Germany seeks a Validation Team Leader (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel for a permanent role. You will lead the Validation Team, plan and prioritize activities, and ensure compliant verification and validation processes in our Enclosure Systems Laboratory.

You will support ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Project Management, and drive continuous improvement across a global electrical infrastructure environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree as required in electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• Several years of validation, testing, verification, or laboratory operations experience.
• First leadership experience and team development skills.
• Good knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and related electrotechnical standards.

We are currently looking for our future Validation Team Leader (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.

Mission

As Validation Team Leader, you ensure the efficient execution of verification and validation activities within the Enclosure Systems Laboratory. You support compliance with applicable standards, quality requirements, and safety rules while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Validation Team while planning and prioritizing daily activities and resources.
• Ensure timely execution of validation and verification activities in accordance with applicable standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures.
• Support and maintain compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, laboratory processes, and quality standards.
• Support internal and external audits, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, System & Product Management, Quality, and Project Management to support product development and certification activities.

What You Bring

• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field.
• Several years of experience in validation, testing, verification, or laboratory operations.
• First leadership experience and strong team development skills.
• Good knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and electrotechnical standards (e.g. IEC 61439 series, IEC 60670-24, VDE 0603 series).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in an international environment.
