Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning and documentation of copper and fiber optic networks taking into account the installed technology.
• Participate in the conceptual design of routes and their control for completeness and correctness.
• Have the responsibility for equipping cable distributors as well as their measurement and adjustment.
• Provide the documentation of the entire planning process.
• Communicate with responsible site managers.

Qualifications

• Meet the general requirements of the V.I.E. programme (EU citizen, between 18 and 28 years old).
• Completed studies in communications engineering, civil engineering, geodesy, geoinformatics, geography or comparable qualification such as state-certified technician (m/f/d).
• Have practical experience in the field of network documentation and planning or in the field of pipeline networks such as electricity, water, gas.
• Are experienced handling of Megaplan or QGIS, Arc-GIS, CableScout, AutoCAD, Connectmaster or similar.
• Have a good written and spoken German.
