Jobbeschreibung

Welcome to MVST

We're a full product delivery studio based in Munich and Barcelona, on a mission to help companies build products and services that truly make a difference in the world.

At MVST, we take ideas from 0 to 1 - whether it's through strategy, UX/UI design, product management, or software development. We empower and collaborate with businesses at every pivotal stage to craft tailor‑made digital experiences that stand out.

What makes us unique? A few things:

• We're completely independent.

• We're known for innovative design, progressive ways of working, and cutting‑edge technology.

• And most importantly... we don't take ourselves too seriously. We believe in enjoying the journey, celebrating wins (big or small), and creating things that matter.

Our services are:

• Full Product Delivery

• Product Management & Strategy

• UI/UX Design

• Software Development

• DevOps / MLOps / AI

Role Overview:

• Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle. You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.

• Work with other members of the team to create top‑class user experiences on a variety of digital platforms and applications from our clients, that are engaging, useful, and solution‑oriented.

• Do user research, customer feedback, user testing, and usability findings to tailor your designs to the user in order to best solve their problems.

• Develop and prototype design solutions, not only to communicate ideas and concepts but to test with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processes.

• Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders to ensure close collaboration. You discuss different options, next steps and develop the design strategy together.

Ideal Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience designing at SaaS or consumer‑focused tech or media companies.

• You know the ins and outs of the newest design tools (Sketch, Figma, Framer, Invision, etc.). But you also don't shy away from the older ones (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)

• Focus on pixel perfection. You sweat the details to ensure that you and the team deliver remarkable products, on time and on budget.

• Your great communication skills help you to set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts.

• You have a people‑focused design mentality. Whether through hands‑on user research or by designing options for an A/B test.

• Fluent English skills complete your profile.
