Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research, leading end‑to‑end initiatives from planning to delivery, implementing diverse qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and facilitating usability testing, card sorting, ethnographic studies, and in‑depth interviews.
• Generate actionable insights by translating complex research findings into actionable recommendations, creating detailed personas, user journey maps, and behavioral frameworks, and delivering clear presentations that drive decision‑making and product prioritization.
• Collaborate for impact by acting as a trusted research advisor to cross‑functional teams, partnering with product managers to define problems and discover user‑centric solutions, and working alongside designers to test early concepts and validate design hypotheses.
• Champion user‑centric design by infusing user empathy throughout the design and development process, advocating for accessibility, usability, and inclusivity, and supporting iterative improvements with continuous feedback loops.

Required Skills & Qualifications
