Partner Company, a remote-first technology company building digital products that serve millions of users in education, is seeking a Product Designer to lead end-to-end design projects from discovery through prototyping, validation and implementation.

You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy, conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, and apply UX, UI and information architecture best practices to deliver

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience as a Product Designer leading complex design initiatives.
• Strong expertise in UX, UI, information architecture, user flows, and Figma.
• Proven experience conducting user research and data-informed design decisions.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end product design projects, from discovery and user research through prototyping, validation, and implementation.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions.
