Job summary

muse case GmbH is seeking a UX/UI designer to join a small, collaborative team in a flexible work setup. You will lead design processes from research to prototyping, develop scalable design systems, and translate designs into code.

The role emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and a strong eye for visuals. Remote is the norm; regular team meetups occur, and the company supports professional development and diverse benefits across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects and work directly with clients.

• Advise clients on where AI adds value and how to use it safely; balance time for fun and collaboration.

Your tasks

Your skills

• You guide the design process from concept to finished product and aren't afraid to dive into Google Analytics or FullStory.

Design Systems

• You think in systems: tokens, components, variants and themes fit together cleanly in your work and scale across brands and products.
• Figma is your home, including variables, Code Layers and prototyping.
• A repository doesn't scare you. You work with Git, find your way around a Next.js/Payload setup and use AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code to deliver the first 80% without a developer, clean enough for the dev team to build on directly.

AI-native

• You use AI deliberately in research, concept development and prototyping: you know the strengths of each tool and recognize when doing it by hand delivers the better result.
• You capture recurring workflows as reusable instructions for AI, for example as Claude Skills or a prompt library, so agents apply them reliably and the whole team benefits.
• You use AI safely: client data only goes into approved tools, with GDPR and NDAs in mind and a critical review of every result.
• A plus: you've designed interfaces for AI features, such as assistants or agent workflows, and know patterns like expectation management, error handling and user control.
