Role Overview

About the Role

We are looking for a UX Design Operations Specialist to support the development and validation of an automated UX Consistency Scanner. This role will focus on ensuring that user experience guidelines are consistently applied across products through structured testing, validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ensuring UX consistency is critical as it directly impacts customer experience, product adoption, and developer productivity. You will play a key role in validating automated UX checks and supporting the implementation of UX standards across multiple technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct iterative testing of UX consistency checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Validate UX rules and ensure alignment with defined design standards.
• Create clear documentation, test reports, and validation results following defined processes.
• Collaborate closely with design, development, and product teams to support smooth delivery.
• Participate in UX Consistency (UXC) requirements engineering.
• Validate requirements and support handover to development teams.
• Monitor reported issues and coordinate with development teams for resolution and follow-ups.
