The UX Design Specialist (f/w/x) supports the design, visualization, and validation of intuitive, consistent, and scalable customer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints, translating customer journeys and concepts into tangible UX solutions.

• An annual salary between €50,000 and €60,000 (depending on experience and qualifications), plus additional benefits

Your Tasks:

• Create UX mockups and prototypes for CX initiatives ahead of development or handover
• Translate customer journeys, concepts, and requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs
• Contribute to UX guidelines, templates, and design components for CX Planning
• Support journey design activities together with CX Planning Managers across the B2B, EV, and In-Dealer CX portfolios
• Help structure and simplify complex customer journeys, ensuring consistency across online and offline touchpoints
• Support UX validation and usability testing for newly developed CX solutions, including preparing test scenarios, gathering feedback, and documenting findings
• Identify UX issues and propose improvements based on user feedback and test results
• Support benchmarking and reporting activities within CX Planning

Your Profile:

• University degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Product Design, or Digital Marketing/Business with a UX focus
• 1-2 years of experience (or strong internships) in UX/UI design, digital product design, or a customer experience-related role
• Experience with customer journey mapping and end-to-end user experience across online and offline touchpoints
• First experience designing UX for web, mobile, or platform-based solutions
• Basic experience with user research and usability testing methods (e.g. interviews, surveys, UAT support)
• Familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong user-centric mindset with a structured, detail-oriented working style
• Good visual communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English; an additional European language is an advantage
• Interest in or basic understanding of automotive, mobility, or digital ecosystems is a plus
