Job Description

The person hired for the position of Utility Operator will work at our 3M Aearo Technologies Newark, Delaware plant site.

As a Utility Operator you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.

• Pulling, packing and labeling orders per established procedures & customer requirements.
• Process orders and inventory paperwork according to established procedures.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications.

Required: (Basic Qualifications)

• Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• 2 years of experience in a production, packaging, or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret measuring devices in metric format such as a ruler, tape measure, and drop gauge.
