Zusammenfassung

toogeza is seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager to join one of its clients. You will manage and scale UA campaigns across Meta and other platforms, focusing on ROAS and CPA while collaborating with PMMs and the creative team.

The role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, familiarity with Amplitude and Tableau, and English proficiency. Remote or hybrid work options are available, with generous time-off and education benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in user acquisition/performance marketing.
• Experience managing budgets over $100K on Meta.
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics and their business impact.
• Analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Amplitude/Tableau.
• Structured thinking and systematic work approach.
• Creativity and ability to generate ideas and hypotheses.
• Ability to explain decisions with data and adapt quickly.
• Intermediate or higher level of English.

Aufgaben

• Creating, managing, and scaling advertising campaigns (Meta and others).
• Optimizing ad campaigns to achieve KPIs.
• Owning key metrics such as ROAS and Spend.
• Developing and testing hypotheses to optimize UA performance.
• Working with PMMs and the creative team to enhance product and ad creatives.
• Participating in brainstorming and generating new ideas.
• Researching competitors’ UA strategies, channels and ad creatives.

Currently, we are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to join one of toogeza’s clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in user acquisition/performance marketing;
• Experience managing budgets over $100K on Meta;
• Strong understanding of key marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention) and how they impact business performance;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Experience working with Amplitude/Tableau;
• Structured thinking and systematic work approach;
• Creativity and ability to generate high-quality ideas and hypotheses;
• Ability to explain and support your decisions with data;
• Ability to react quickly and adapt to changes;
• Intermediate or higher level of English.

Responsibilities

• Creating, managing, and scaling advertising campaigns (Meta and others);

• Owning key performance metrics such as ROAS, Spend, and others;
• Developing and testing hypotheses to optimize user acquisition performance;
• Working closely with PMMs and the creative team to enhance the product and ad creatives;
• Participating in creative brainstorming sessions and generating new ideas;
• Researching and analyzing competitors’ user acquisition strategies, including their channels and ad creatives.
