Zusammenfassung

Xitaso in Berlin is seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer who translates complex requirements into intuitive interfaces and guides designs from concept to release. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Software Engineers and customers in an agile environment.

You bring proven UI/UX experience, fluent German and English (C1), a design degree, and strong skills in information architecture, user journeys, and prototyping.

Qualifikationen

• Proven practical experience in UI/UX design.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
• Degree in product, interface or interaction design, media informatics or comparable.
• Ability to turn complex relationships into simple operating concepts.
• Structured approach: information architectures, personas, user journeys, wireframes, flows, visuals, prototypes, testing.
• Proficient in modern tools/workflows (Figma/Sketch, AI tools, analytics/research tools).
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Play a key role in developing customer collaboration and establish processes for product success.
• Explore new creative, technological, and social topics; help shape processes in your environment.
• Present concepts to customers and stakeholders and share expertise with colleagues.

• You have proven practical experience in the field of UI/UX and in the area of responsibility described.
• You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level) for clear communication within the team and with our partners.
• You hold a degree in product, interface or interaction design, media informaticsor a comparable educational path.
• You have the ability to turn complex relationships into simple, efficient, and user-centered operating concepts.
• You have a structured approach to your work - information architectures, personas, user journeys, wireframes, flows, visuals, prototypes, and testing are all part of your everyday routine.
• You are proficient in the latest tools and workflows (e.g., Figma/Sketch, AI-powered tools, analytics and research tools) and are open to new ways of optimizing your productivity.
• Your practical experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) leads to better concepts and enables you to communicate effectively within the development team.
