Zusammenfassung

United Monolithic Semiconductors sucht einen PMO-Manager zur Steuerung von Bid- und Projektprozessen rund um Ulm. Sie strukturieren Daten, koordinieren Ressourcen und steuern Termine sowie Risiken über den gesamten Bid- und Projektlebenszyklus.

Sie definieren und pflegen Planungsinstrumente (PERT, IMS), bereiten Gate-Reviews vor und unterstützen Budgetverteilung sowie Berichte nach Kundenerwartungen. Führungs- und Governance-Fähigkeiten sind gefragt; Einsatzort ist Ulm.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Strukturierung des Projekts von der Bid-Phase bis zur Übergabe an das Projekt.
• Strukturierung von Bid- und Projektdaten.
• Mitwirkung bei Anpassungen von Bid- und Projektprozessen.
• Ressourcen- und Terminplanung.
• Bereitstellung von Fachwissen in Planungsmethoden und Tools.
• Definition und Pflege des PERT- und Integrated Master Schedule.
• Konsolidierung der Bid- und Projektergebnisse gemäß Kundenerwartungen.
• Frühwarungen bei Abweichungen, Ursachenanalyse und Gegenmaßnahmen.
• Vorbereitung interner und externer Berichte.
• Identifikation von Risiken und Chancen aus der Bid-Phase.
• Initialisierung und Pflege des Risiko- und Chancenregisters.
• Unterstützung bei Gates und Bid-Reviews.
• Vorbereitung von Gate-Reviews und Projekt-Reviews.
• Sicherstellung der Termineinhaltung von Bid- und Projekt-Reviews.
• Unterstützung bei Budgetzuteilung, Kosten, Umsatz und Fakturierung.
• Datenmanagement: Erstellung und Kontrolle von Bid-Dokumenten.

The PMO Manager is responsible for :

Bids and Project Structure, Plans and Governance

• Support the structuring of the project from the Bid phase and ensuring a smooth transition between the Bid and the Project by establishing the baseline.
• Structure the management of Bid and Project data.
• Contribute to the adjustment of B&P processes, instructions and guidelines to the context of the Bid or Project.
• Resource and Planning Management
• Provide expertise and know-how in planning techniques and tools
• Ensure the definition and maintenance of the PERT and Integrated Master Schedule, their consistency and completeness and contribute to them, starting from the bid phase.

Control & Reporting

• Ensure the consolidation of the Bid and Project deliverables according to the client’s expectations.
• Alert on deviations and drifts, analyse root causes and propose solutions to reduce them.
• Prepare internal and external reporting.

Risks & Opportunities

• Be a key player in the identification of risks and opportunities from the bid phase.
• Initialise and maintain the risk and opportunity register (including mitigation plans) from the bid phase.

Bid & Project Reviews

• Assist the capture leader / bid manager in the preparation of Gates and bid reviews.
• Manage, with the project manager, the preparation of gate reviews and project reviews.
• Ensure the timeliness of Bid and Project reviews.

Finance (Costs, revenue, cash)

• Assist in the preparation of the quotation file during the bid phase.
• In coordination with the controller, ensure the allocation of the project budget.
• Evaluate the actual costs, challenge the Estimate To Complete and the schedule.
• Consolidate the financial situation and ensure invoicing.

Data Management

• Assist in the preparation and control of the bid documentation
• Initialise and maintain the non-technical requirements compliance matrix
• Initialise and update the data management and action management tools.
• Organise and manage the Bids and Project files.

Capitalisation

• Prepare and record a quantitative capitalisation of Bids and Project management activities
• Collect and analyse lessons learned throughout the project life cycle.
• Prepare the closing review (data archiving, closing of the project baseline, …)
• Share within the Bids and Project community concerned.

• Quote / cost office cell
• Configuration management
• Non-technical requirements management
• Contract management (Change notice for the client, estimates in case of change request, dispute with the client)
• Subcontract management
• Supervision of export control activities (TAA, Licences,…)
• Training
