Are you fluent in English and Swedish (or Danish), familiar with the culture, mindset, and social media dynamics in the Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark), organized, a strong communicator, and eager to actively help shape the market entry of one of Europe’s most exciting D2C brands?

Now we’re looking for you as aUGC Creator Manager – Sweden/Denmark (m/f/d). You’ll help lead the market launch, organize content projects, and build a network of new UGC creators in the Nordics.
In this role, you’ll serve as the link between our Creative and Performance teams and the Nordic community: You’ll ensure that content, copy, and campaigns are perfectly tailored to the market—both linguistically and culturally—and help make our brand a success in the Nordics.
Important: We’re an office-first company. You’ll work daily at one of our offices in Hamburg or Kiel, staying close to the team, our processes, and the brand.

Your mission

• You’ll be responsible for the Nordic market (Sweden, Denmark) and will manage all projects related to content, UGC, and communications.
• You’ll identify, contact, and support UGC creators from the Nordic countries and organize their content production.
• You’ll coordinate videos, images, and briefings between the creative team, freelancers, and the performance marketing team.
• You’ll help translate and adapt the website, product descriptions, and ads to ensure culturally appropriate wording for the Nordic region (English + local touches).
• You’ll draft culturally appropriate briefs for UGC creators, influencers, and external partners—tailored to the region’s language, tone, and style.
• You’ll ensure that all deadlines in the creative process are met and that there is always enough content available for marketing campaigns.
• You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing Team, and Content Team to ensure the right content for the region.
• You’ll regularly contribute new ideas, trends, cultural insights, and creator suggestions from the Nordic markets.

Your profile

• You are fluent in English and Swedish/Danish and have a strong cultural understanding of the Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark).
• You have experience in project management, marketing, or content management, ideally in e-commerce or an agency setting.
• You are organized, structured, and a strong communicator—and can maintain a clear overview even when juggling multiple projects at once.
• You work independently, are solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your work.
• You have a good understanding of social media, UGC content, and current trends in the Nordic region.
• You are proficient in using digital tools (e.g., Google Drive, Slack, project management software).
• You will work on-site at our Hamburg office—remote work is not an option for this position.
