PERGOLUX in Berlin is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own organic social for the Scandinavian market, translating the global content and brand strategy into local content.

You will manage the local community in their language and act as the fast, native-speaking point of contact for market-specific content needs, working within existing SEO and brand frameworks rather than building a parallel strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Native or near-native skills in a Scandinavian language, plus confident English for cross-team collaboration.

• Strong writing/editing for short-form social and long-form content with localisation experience.

• Act as the local-language quality check and first point of contact for ad-hoc content needs.
• Shape influencer content plans, briefings, timelines, and track performance.

As a Content Marketing Manager you will own organic social as an always-on channel for the Scandinavian market, translating the global content and brand strategy into relevant local content. You will manage the local community in their own language and act as the fast, native-speaking point of contact for market-specific content needs, working within existing SEO and brand frameworks rather than building a parallel strategy.

PERGOLUX designs and sells Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living products, such as pergolas and garden furniture, directly to customers. We are a premium e-commerce company with around 300 employees, 9-figure revenue, and operations across 8 markets, combining Nordic design with a clear focus on quality and customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Turn the global content calendar and brand pillars into a market-specific plan aligned to local seasonality, holidays, and campaigns, and spot content gaps and opportunities.

• Own the daily organic social channels (Instagram, TikTok, and others): content creation, planning, and community management, adapting global assets to local tone and interacting with the community in the local language.

• Localise and adapt blog and on-site content from the global calendar, including cultural adaptation and light on-page SEO, and support blog refreshes.

• Act as the local-language quality check across all content types and the first point of contact for ad-hoc content needs, escalating to global Creative Ops when full production is required.

• Shape the influencer content plan, create briefings and timelines, track performance, and grow influencer outreach in the market, including repurposing creator/UGC content with credit and cleared rights.

What You'll Bring

• 2–4 years in content marketing, organic social, or a hybrid content/social role, ideally in e-commerce or DTC.

• Native or near-native skills in a Scandinavian language, plus confident English for cross-team collaboration.

• Experience working within others' brand and SEO frameworks rather than setting strategy independently.

• Strong sense for short-form, social-first content plus solid long-form writing and editing, proven localisation experience (real adaptation, not just translation), and photo/video editing for fast social content.

• Nice to have: experience working with a central/global marketing function and familiarity with GA and native platform insights (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) for simple performance reporting.
