Overview

We welcome students who identify as women to join us for a virtual workshop. After training and practice, you may get to interview for a position as an Associate Consulting Intern and have the chance to win a scholarship. This program is for students who identify as women from all disciplines, starting from the 3rd Bachelor’s semester onwards. We are looking for strong academic achievement with great communication skills, drive, passion, and the energy to solve problems.

Join us for this workshop to gain unique insight into strategy consulting. You will practice key skill areas as our consultants share the tools they use to address client problems, apply your skills, and test your knowledge by working through real types of challenges our consultants face.

Responsibilities

• Attend the True North workshop and participate in training and practice opportunities.
• Develop and demonstrate skills that align with consulting problem-solving approaches.
• Prepare for potential interviews for an Associate Consulting Intern role at Bain.
• Engage with the program community and learn from peers and mentors.
