Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar education background.
• Work experience in a similar treasury/finance role.
• Understanding of treasury transactions and cash management principles.
• Familiarity with global payment methods and formats.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Process and validate payments domestically and internationally for multiple entities.
• Support automation and process improvements for straight-through processing.
• Coordinate with IT, banks and treasury front office to resolve payment issues.
• Assist daily cash positioning for multiple OSI entities.
• Process treasury transactions (FX, MM, derivatives) and settle end-to-end.
• Manage payment systems, including SAP, SumUp, Coupa, and cards; ensure data integrity.
• Maintain data records such as authorized signatories and payment templates.

Treasury Back Office Specialist (m/f/d)

What your job includes

• Process and validate domestic and international payments multiple entities in multiple currencies cross boarder incl. issue resolution
• Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance straight-through processing (STP)
• Coordinate with IT / banks / Treasury front office to resolve rejected, returned, or blocked payments.
• Support daily cash positioning for multiple OSI entities
• Process and confirm daily treasury transactions including FX, MM, derivatives and cash movements and execute end-to-end settlement activities thereof
• Manage payment systems incl. ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), payment terminals (e.g. Sumup), treasury management systems (e.g. Coupa) and credit cards to process transactions and maintain data integrity
• Maintain relevant data records, e.g. authorized signatory records, payment templates etc.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar education background
• Work experience in a similar position
• Understanding of treasury transactions and cash management principles
• Familiarity with global payment methods and formats
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong experience with SAP and treasury management systems is a must
• Attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Fluency in written and spoken English
