Responsibilities

• Implement new spare parts management requirements by introducing SAP in the maintenance area, including the entry of spare parts in SAP.
• Optimize inventory management of spare parts.
• Organize spare parts procurement, storage, and distribution.
• Coordinate the use of external companies, including scheduling, orientation, and downstream processes.
• Prepare routine maintenance activities on weekends, e.g., create maintenance orders and provide necessary materials.
• Control working hours in time accounting and support the creation of work schedules.

Requirements

• Long‑term experience in a comparable role within a production company, preferably in the food industry.
• Technical education and relevant further training.
• Strong understanding of maintenance software and processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Structured work style and ability to create systems.
• Strong communication skills.
