Power Design seeks a Mechanical Foreman to lead field execution on new projects with a strong focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction. You will travel to our training facility and leverage iPads and mobile tech to manage timelines and resources.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of supervision in mechanical trades, valid journeyman/master licenses, and solid knowledge of IECC/ICC/ASHRAE codes, with a proven ability to mentor crews and drive results.

This means we’ll need someone to ensure all projects maintain a high level of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. To top it off, you’ll not only have access to innovative technologies in the field – including fully-equipped iPads – but you’ll also travel to our 16,000-square-foot training facility for customized training courses at our headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $65,000 - $95,000 per year. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
