Your Responsibilities

As a key customer-facing expert, you will be the core of our service offering to business clients:

  • High-Quality Client Support: Deliver first-class travel support via chat, phone, and email.
  • Booking Management: Accurately manage and book flights, hotels, rail, and car rentals using a GDS.
  • Expert Guidance: Advise clients on self-service features available on our booking platform and mobile app.
  • Compliance: Ensure all bookings and advice adhere to company and client-specific travel policies (Travel Policy Compliance).
  • Process Improvement: Share valuable feedback and insights to enhance our processes and boost client satisfaction.
  • Market Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, new products, and supplier offerings.
Your Profile: What You Bring

To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are essential:

  • Language Skills: Fluent German (C2-level) is mandatory, along with strong English (minimum B2-level) for internal communication.
  • GDS Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience using a Global Distribution System (ideally Sabre, but Amadeus or Galileo experience is also relevant).
  • Service Background: Experience in customer service, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or business travel sector.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern communication tools (e.g., Gmail, Zendesk, Slack; Salesforce knowledge is a plus).
  • Onboarding: Availability for a structured 10‑week onboarding phase (no time off, except weekends).
