Your role

As a Travel Design & Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring an outstanding experience for our English‑speaking travelers.

Your main missions

Client & booking management:

  • Handle customer bookings from the first contact to post‑trip follow‑up.
  • Communicate with clients and local partners (hotels, guides, transport providers).
  • Adjust trips according to client needs, manage costs, and ensure profitability.
  • Prepare travel documents and maintain quality control of all services.

Translation & content preparation:

  • Adapt and format travel programs, guides, and information sheets in English.

Professional relations:

  • Interact with a wide range of partners and suppliers (English‑, German‑, and french‑speaking).
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations and great customer experiences.

You’ll also take part in cross‑functional projects and help shape the company’s growth from the inside.

Your profile

You have a first experience (internship or job) in tourism, travel operations, or customer service, and you bring the following qualities:

  • Curious, organized, and detail‑oriented
  • Adaptable and comfortable communicating with people
  • A true team player who can also work independently
  • Excellent command of English (native or near‑native level)
  • German appreciated, French would be a plus

  • Localisation: of your choice, but our members are in Prien am Chiemsee (Bavaria), Cologne (Germany), or Austria
  • Contract: 1‑year fixed‑term (with possibility of extension or permanent position)
