Qualifikationen

The opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Transport & Logistics Specialist to support our large projects. Our current focus area is a large project in execution in Great Britain with onshore and offshore scope. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and compliant delivery of high‑value equipment from global suppliers to the project site in Great Britain.

How you'll make an impact
  • Coordinate international transport operations from global origins (e.g. China, Europe) to the UK site
  • Serve as the main logistics interface for customers/freight forwarders, port authorities, customs agents and internal teams
  • Secure port capacities and manage route planning including highway permissions and police escorts
  • Represent logistics interests in meetings with police, highway agencies, local councils and port authorities
  • Communicate effectively with the TT&L organisation, suppliers and stakeholders
  • Oversee port handling activities and ensure operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with Incoterms and customs regulations
  • Track shipments, resolve delays and report logistics performance
Your background
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain or a related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in international logistics, preferably in energy, construction or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of customs regulations, Incoterms and multimodal transport
  • Experience coordinating with public authorities and infrastructure agencies
  • Ability to manage complex logistics operations under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with European logistics regulations and ADSp
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel and attend on‑site meetings in the UK
