Masentó Group seeks an experienced Workstream Lead to direct the Lead to Cash workstream within a global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. You will bridge senior business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, IT and partners to ensure design decisions translate into effective system outcomes.

You will own design decisions, drive workshops, manage risks, and oversee testing, deployment planning and change adoption across multinational functions.

Qualifikationen

• Strong expertise in Lead to Cash, including sales order management, pricing, fulfilment, billing and AR.
• Proven experience leading workstreams within large SAP transformations, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of Lead to Cash in a complex global business context.
• Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders across transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus on complex decisions.

Workstream Lead SAP S/4HANA Transformation (Lead to Cash)

Our client is one of the world's leading engineering companies operating across more than 50 countries. As part of a major strategic transformation initiative, the business is investing significantly in a global SAP S/4HANA programme that will standardise and modernise processes across its international operations.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Workstream Lead to lead the Lead to Cash workstream within a major global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.

This is a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of business and technology, with responsibility for driving the workstream across all phases of the programme. You will own process and solution design decisions, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective system and process outcomes while supporting the organisation's wider transformation objectives.

You will act as the key link between senior business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, IT teams, and implementation partners, ensuring alignment across the organisation and successful delivery of the Lead to Cash capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Lead to Cash workstream throughout the SAP S/4HANA transformation lifecycle.
• Drive business process design, requirements gathering, solution validation, and implementation activities.
• Own key process and design decisions, ensuring alignment with global standards and programme objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between business leadership, Global Process Owners, IT teams, and external implementation partners.
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions with senior international stakeholders.
• Lead testing activities including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.
• Support deployment planning, cutover execution, business readiness, and hypercare activities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations within the workstream.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and support change adoption across global business functions.

Required Experience

• Strong expertise in Lead to Cash, including areas such as sales order management, pricing, customer fulfilment, billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes.
• Proven experience leading workstreams within large scale SAP transformation programmes, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of Lead to Cash processes in a complex global business environment.
• Experience working closely with both business and technology stakeholders throughout transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and drive consensus on complex business and process decisions.
• Experience operating within global, matrixed organisations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or complex multinational organisations.
• Previous involvement in global template design and multi-country SAP deployments.
• Knowledge of SAP SD, Billing, Revenue Management, Customer Service, and related commercial processes.
