Intelligenz IT in Germany is seeking a Solution Architect & Design Lead-C2C to own the Contract-to-Cash solution design for a life-sciences client. You will drive template adoption, assess local requirements, and steer delta design across multi-geography deployments.

The role requires deep SAP S/4HANA C2C expertise, workshop facilitation, and strong English communication with European teams; German basics preferred. Onsite at Leverkusen.

Qualifikationen

• Must have SAP S/4HANA Contract-to-Cash expertise covering order management, pricing and rebates, delivery and billing, credit management and AR integration.
• Template-based rollout and fit-gap experience, Template Adoption and Delta Design/workshop facilitation, demo capability, design documentation and design approval governance.
• Client-facing consulting experience in Europe. Excellent spoken and written English.

Aufgaben

• Lead Contract-to-Cash solution design. Present the stream solution during Template Adoption and Delta Design workshops, demo the predefined global template with life-sciences/crop-science client global and country teams, assess local requirements against standard capabilities, steer delta design, confirm architecture impacts and secure design approval before build.
• Leads design coordination for the C2C stream and guides stream stakeholders; no direct line-management responsibility unless assigned separately.
• Budgets, targets, equipment etc No direct budget ownership. Accountable for Contract-to-Cash design deliverables and quality gates, including Template Adoption and Delta Design workshop material, fit-gap log, delta design backlog, design documents and formal design approval before build. Owns the target of minimizing local deltas against the predefined global template.

Job role: Solution Architect & Design Lead-C2C

Job Purpose and primary objectives:

Own Contract-to-Cash solution design for the life-sciences/crop-science client large multi-geography template deployment, ensuring adoption of the predefined global template, structured assessment of local requirements, controlled delta design, confirmed architecture impacts and formal design approval before build.

Key responsibilities:

Must Have Skills/Knowledge:

SAP S/4HANA Contract-to-Cash (SD/OTC) solution design expertise covering order management, pricing and rebates, delivery and billing, credit management and AR integration, output management and country-specific invoicing or fiscal requirements.

Template-based rollout and fit-gap experience, Template Adoption and Delta Design/workshop facilitation, demo capability, design documentation and design approval governance.

Client-facing consulting experience in Europe. Excellent spoken and written English.

Good to Have Skills/Knowledge:

Prior life-sciences/crop-science client or global template exposure. Working knowledge of German at B1 level or above. SAP S/4HANA SD certification and SAP Activate certification. Experience with SAP Signavio, Solution Manager and Fiori-based order-to-cash apps. Exposure to CPQ, Ariba Commerce or European e-invoicing/fiscal compliance solutions.

Preferred Experience Range: 12 to 16 years of relevant SAP experience
