Because you’ll take on responsibility and play a central role in our team as a second key project lead:

• A key member of our team with responsibility for challenging projects in the areas of workplace, retail, hospitality, and transformation
• Direct collaboration with clients, designing participatory formats, and developing strategies
• Independently leading projects, from concept to successful completion
• Independently managing and leading consulting and transformation projects
• Developing customized workplace, retail, and organizational strategies
• Planning and facilitating workshops with management teams, user groups, and project stakeholders
• Conducting analyses, interviews, and user surveys as a basis for strategic decisions
• Translating strategic requirements into concrete spatial, cultural, and digital measures
• Facilitating change processes and providing support during implementation
• Providing professional guidance, development, and supervision to junior team members
• Contributing to business development as well as building and maintaining client relationships
• Your professional background is secondary to us, what matters most is that you think in a transdisciplinary manner and effectively bring together different perspectives
