As a Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will support the TP team in developing and maintaining the global transfer pricing strategy and compliance. Your role includes preparing transfer pricing documentation in compliance with international regulations, analyzing intercompany transactions, and advising internal stakeholders on tax and economic impacts. You will also support tax audits worldwide and stay up to date with regulatory developments. In this position you will collaborate closely with other group departments and have the opportunity to actively shape processes.

This role will be in our Berlin office on a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize global transfer pricing strategies
• Prepare, maintain and further develop transfer pricing documentation in accordance with OECD guidelines & local regulations
• Collaborate with the operating business units, the corporate and finance departments and external consultants
• Advise internal stakeholders on the tax and economic impact of intercompany transactions
• Analyze, evaluate and monitor transfer pricing models
• Support tax audits worldwide and engage with tax authorities
• Monitor regulatory developments and derive strategic recommendations for action

Qualifications

• A degree in Economics, Finance or a related field
• At least 3+ years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably in an international corporate group or a consulting firm
• Strong knowledge of OECD transfer pricing guidelines and international tax regulations
• Fluent English and German skills, additional languages are a plus
• Excellent analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• High level of commitment and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a confident manner in a global environment
• Experience with MS Excel, SAP and transfer pricing tools is an advantage
