What you'll do
  • Collaborate with the globalSales Excellence team to conceptualize, design, and deliver engaging training materials that enable global sales teams to effectively use our OneCRM platform and related analytics tools
  • Translate strategic, technical, and process-driven concepts into user-friendly training assets, ensuring they are practical and applicable for sales users in their daily work
  • Develop and implement training programs that align with Knauf’s global sales strategy, leveraging adult learning principles to maximize engagement and retention
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are consistent, high-quality, and tailored to the needs of diverse sales teams worldwide
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness by gathering feedback, analyzing performance metrics, and updating materials to reflect evolving tools, processes, and strategies
