The European Central Bank is offering a trainee position in Talent Acquisition based in Frankfurt. You will join a team of about 15 staff responsible for talent outreach, selection, and analytics, gaining hands-on experience in data analysis and benchmarking to support recruiting decisions.

You are encouraged to contribute to outreach activities, develop analytical reports, and help improve processes across recruitment, contracts, benefits, and related areas within a multicultural environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level or higher in HR, business, data science or related field.
• Experience with a statistical programming language.
• Knowledge of data analysis, visualization and reporting and ability to present data clearly.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Interest in multicultural environment or work abroad.

Your team

You will be part of the People Services Division in the Directorate General Human Resources. Our Directorate General has more than 100 professionals providing support to over 5,000 employees. In our Division, we deliver a wide range of services in the areas of recruitment, training, payroll, contracts, benefits, working time, leave, well-being, pensions and insurance.

In your role as a trainee, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team made up of around 15 members of staff responsible for managing talent outreach and selection.

Your role

As a trainee in talent acquisition you will:

• prepare ad hoc analytical reports;
• collaborate with other teams to prepare longer-term analytical reports;
• support recruitment processes by conducting data analysis and benchmarking studies;

Qualifications, experience and skills

• a bachelor's degree or higher in HR management, communications, business administration, law, political science, economics, social and organisational psychology, data science or another relevant field;
• experience using a statistical programming language;
• a good knowledge of/experience in data analysis, visualisation and reporting, as well as the ability to present data in meaningful and engaging ways;
• a good knowledge of the MS Office package;
• a strong interest in working in a multicultural environment or gaining experience abroad;
• skills in R, Python and/or SQL;
• knowledge of/experience in project and/or event management.

You are curious and eager to learn, and want to further develop your ability to analyse complex information. You are keen to collaborate with others, pursue team goals and learn from other people's diverse perspectives. You strive to know and anticipate stakeholder needs, and will signal any need for change and propose alternative solutions.
