Zusammenfassung

UniCredit Graduate Program Client Solutions offers a 12-month rotation-based graduate journey in SABS, with exposure to origination, structuring, and analytics for secured financing. You will rotate across Client Solutions, interact with originators and law firms, and develop internal tools while learning in a dynamic, international environment.

Successful candidates complete recent studies in relevant fields, bring leadership potential, and communicate fluently in Italian and English.

• Participate in the origination, pitching and structuring of securitisation transactions across a broad range of industries, including restructuring of existing deals.
• Prepare client presentations and marketing materials.
• Perform analysis of historical portfolio data using internal rating models and portfolio analytics tools.
• Contribute to the development of internal reporting and monitoring tools for receivables transactions.
• Gain insight into the structuring process and interact with originators, law firms and internal stakeholders across the bank.

In the UniCredit Graduate Program Client Solutions, you can expect an attractive fixed annual base salary from €65286 gross, based on full-time employment and aligned with your academic degree.

Your remuneration is determined in accordance with the provisions of the applicable collective salary agreement for the private banking sector and is based on the following grading:

• Bachelor’s degree: pay group 7/11th professional year
• Master’s degree: pay group 8/11th professional year
• Doctoral degree (PhD): pay group 9/11th professional year

The target salary consists of two components: the annual base salary (as outlined above), paid in 13 monthly installments, and a variable bonus payment. The variable bonus payment is based on one monthly gross base salary and will be adjusted by the company’s success and your individual performance contribution.
