Zusammenfassung

HypoVereinsbank in Munich is offering a 3–6 month internship in Institutional / Investment Banking Sales. You will work in a high‑caliber team within UniCredit Bank’s Corporate Solutions platform, gaining exposure to M&A projects, valuation, and client pitches.

Starting May 2027, the role is full-time with a monthly gross compensation of EUR 2,400. Fluent English and German are required; interns benefit from a dynamic international environment, modern offices, and strong learning opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding academic performance in advanced studies in Business, Finance, or related fields with strong interest in corporate finance or investment banking
• Prior internship experience at a reputable national or international firm
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Solid understanding of valuation techniques, including DCF and multiples-based approaches
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken

• Assist in company valuations using trading and transaction comparables, and contribute to financial modelling
• Utilize equity research and data-driven insights to support idea generation, company profiling, and valuation strategies
• Learn from past transactions and senior bankers, making meaningful contributions to advisory projects
• Experience the daily responsibilities of an investment banker and collaborate closely with Analysts

During yourinternship,you will receive amonthly compensation of EUR 2,400 grossbased on full-time employment, which meets at least the applicable statutory minimum wage. This applies regardless of whether the internship is mandatory or voluntary.
