Your tasks

• Support within sourcing projects for material handling System (MHS) in close collaboration with internal business partners. All steps of a sourcing process are covered, from RFI / RfQ to data analysis up to negotiations and contract award.
• Identify savings potential in the service area (spare parts, hotline, etc.) and support Joint Business Plans for contract optimization (collaboration with Cost Engineering)
• Standardization of tender documents to mitigate risk exposure, drive efficiencies and ensure sustainable objectives.

Your profile

• Minimum Bachelor Graduation in field of Logistics / SCM, Law, Engineering, Economy, Finance before April 1st, 2026
• First professional experiences (up to 3 years) in Finance, Controlling, Logistics, Management and / or Procurement; international experience
• Fluent English skills; good German skills
• Data analytics (Excel) and Project Management Skills, MS Office, Power BI of advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills, positive, proactive "can-do" attitude , high ethical standards and integrity, analytical problem-solver with focus on solutions, goal-oriented and results-driven , committed to "getting it right the first time", collaborative team player , skilled in prioritization and time management, flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments , open-minded and eager to learn.
