Job summary

Fleischer, Engels & Partner mbB in Nordrhein-Westfalen sucht einen Chemiker (m/w/d), der eine Ausbildung zum deutschen und europäischen Patent- sowie zum Marken- und Designanwalt beginnt. Sie arbeiten an der Schnittstelle von Recht und Technologie, beraten nationale und internationale Mandanten und unterstützen die Verfolgung von Schutzrechten.

Voraussetzung ist ein abgeschlossenes Chemiestudium, Interesse an interdisziplinärer Arbeit, Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und exzellente Englischkenntnisse.

Qualifications

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Chemiestudium.
• Interesse an interdisziplinärer Arbeit.
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären.
• Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und fachliche Kompetenz.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.

Responsibilities

• Beratung und Unterstützung nationaler und internationaler Mandanten.
• Mitwirkung bei der Verfolgung, Durchsetzung und Verteidigung von Schutzrechten.
• Unterstützung während der Ausbildung zum Patentanwalt.
