Danaher’s Biotechnology Group is seeking a senior Total Rewards leader to drive global compensation, benefits, and equity programs across operating companies. You will guide HR and business leaders, oversee annual compensation planning, and ensure governance and cross-functional alignment with corporate Total Rewards.

The role emphasizes strategic design, analytics, and communication for dispersed teams, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions support and process excellence using the Danaher

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• Extensive global compensation & benefits experience.
• Experience leading global total rewards in complex matrix environments.
• Knowledge of health & welfare, retirement benefits, global mobility.
• Strategic thinking and ability to operationalize strategies.
• Experience with salary structures, base pay, market benchmarking, equity or long-term incentives.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-close compensation and benefits execution.
• Proficiency in compensation analytics and reporting.
• Willingness to travel.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Consulting experience in total rewards is a plus.
• Lean or continuous improvement methods experience is a plus.
• Experience leading total rewards communications, executive presentations, or training for dispersed audiences is a plus.

• Lead total rewards strategy, governance, and delivery across Biotechnology Group.

• Advise Group, operating company, HR, and business leaders on compensation and benefits policies and programs.
• Lead annual compensation planning and coordinate incentive, equity, and centrally coordinated compensation processes.
• Represent Biotechnology Group priorities with Danaher Corporate Total Rewards.
• Deliver communication, training, and change management for rewards programs.
• Develop metrics and scorecards and communicate total rewards program success.
• Drive process excellence using Danaher Business System tools.
• Provide rewards expertise for mergers and acquisitions, including diligence, integration planning, and post-close execution.
• Coach and develop operating company rewards teams.
• Report to the Group Vice President of Human Resources for the Biotechnology Group and participate in Biotechnology Group HR and Danaher Total Rewards leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Long-standing experience in global compensation and benefits
• Experience leading a global compensation, benefits, or total rewards function in a complex corporate or matrixed environment
• Experience with health and welfare, retirement benefits, and global mobility
• Ability to think strategically and operationalize strategies
• Deep working knowledge of salary structure design, base pay administration, job evaluation, market benchmarking, variable pay, sales compensation, and equity or long-term incentive compensation
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-close compensation and benefits execution
• Proficiency using compensation analytics, reporting, and spreadsheet tools
• Ability to travel as required
• Advanced degree preferred
• Professional services or consulting experience related to compensation, benefits, or broader total rewards transformation is a plus
• Experience applying lean or continuous improvement methods is a plus
• Experience leading total rewards communications, executive presentations, or training for geographically dispersed audiences is a plus
