As a (Junior) Network Administrator (m/f/d), you will share responsibility for ensuring the availability and security of our customers' data center and network infrastructure.

These Exciting Tasks Await You

• Development, planning, implementation and administration of:
  • Data center infrastructures
  • LAN, SD‑WAN
  • Network security, firewall solutions from manufacturers like Cisco and Fortinet
• Layer 2 and Layer 3 configuration of customer sites
• Ensuring maximum availability and network security
• Documenting the network structure using Microsoft Visio
• Planning, coordination, and execution of system installations
• Second & Third Level support for pre‑qualified incidents in the areas of routers, switches, and firewalls
• Participation in a weekly rotating 24/7 on‑call duty (separately compensated)

Your Profile

• Knowledge of routing and switching and common routing protocols
• Experience with firewall solutions, preferably from Cisco and Fortinet
• First experience with network security (e.g. Cisco Identity Services Engine)
• Ideally, manufacturer certifications (e.g., CCNA)
• ITIL knowledge is a plus
• Strong technical understanding, independent working style, and high level of service orientation
• Very good German and good English skills
