Responsibilities
- Manage/Lead scaffolding sales team to achieve revenue targets, and other performance measures such as quotation levels, customer visits etc and other relevant KPI’s.
- Develop and implement strategic business plan to substantially grow market share within scaffolding sector.
- Support Building and Infrastructure formwork teams to grow revenue in all PERI UP scaffolding applications
- Manage pipeline for target projects
- Work closely with the Sales Director to implement and deliver the sales strategy

Stand Out From The Crowd - What Distinguishes You
- Scaffolding Industry marketing and sales
- Proven knowledge of all scaffolding, access and shoring systems used within the sector
- PC literate with good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office standard programmes
- Commercial experience within the scaffolding sector
- Experience with account management of key accounts
- Coaching/Leadership experience of sales engineers/sales managers
- Strong commercial understanding
