Zusammenfassung

Linglong Germany GmbH in Hannover is seeking a Tire Development Engineer PCR OE to expand our R&D team. You will lead development and series introduction of qualitative and cost-competitive passenger car tires for European OEMs, aligning with customer requirements and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree, 5+ years in PCR OE tire development, and fluent English. You will collaborate across regions, review OE requirements, and support production and customer issues

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in engineering or in a field related to the position.
• 5+ years of experience in PCR OE tire development.
• Familiar with the production process of passenger car tires.
• Open-minded, team player, strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Development and series introduction of qualitative and cost competitive passenger car tires for European OEMs according to customer, internal, market and regulatory requirements.
• Review of OE requirements (feasibility study) and definition of development strategy.
• Permanent alignment of obtained test results with the given requirements /review of development strategy and development tire specifications.
• OE Trend watching and competitor benchmarking including initiation of technology development.
• Regular communication of the OE projects status and progress.
• Participation in technical review meetings and joint testing with OEM.
• Support of series production in the cases of issues related to OE tires.
• Support of resolution of OE customer complaints.
• Coordination and support of development activities in other regions depending on customer needs.
• Lead and participate in technology/tire line development projects/activities with relevance for OE.

We are looking for a Tire Development Engineer PCR OE to expand our R&D team in Hannover.
