• Lead product development projects for PCR and LTR tires, from concept to series release.

• Take part in hands-on testing at European proving grounds – see your ideas perform in real-world conditions.
• Collaborate internationally across R&D, Testing, Manufacturing, Sales, and Global Product Management.
• Play a key role in building and expanding our European R&D competence center, bringing your expertise and ideas to life.
• Provide technical guidance and insight to continuously improve product performance, durability, and safety.
