Aufgaben

• Conducting tensile tests according to defined procedures and customer acceptance criteria.
• Conducting systematic handovers from production and ensure that all test reports are completed.
• Identifying, tracking and managing errors with precision and urgency.
• Escalating unresolved issues to the EPU test manager and suggest process improvements.
• Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, industrial, and quality teams.
• Maintaining and reporting of KPIs and ensuring compliance with EHS standards.
• Reporting any deviations, near misses, and accidents immediately.
• Testing and/or commissioning experience in industrial environments (railway, automation or process industry).
• Solid technical knowledge in electrical, electronic, mechanical and network systems.
• A results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work across multicultural teams and functions.
• Strong team spirit and communication skills.
• English language skills (spoken and written).
