SEG Automotive Germany GmbH in Stuttgart sucht einen System Test Engineer (m/w/d) für elektrische Antriebe. Die Position ist zunächst auf zwei Jahre befristet; flexible Arbeitszeiten und Remote-/Hybrid-Arbeitsmodelle werden angeboten.

Sie prüfen Mechatroniksysteme, entwickeln Testanforderungen, führen Tests durch und präsentieren Ergebnisse Kunden und Stakeholdern; ideal sind Kenntnisse in LV123/LV124 sowie HV-Standards und Erfahrungen mit Testbänken wie dSPACE, ControlDesk oder AutomationDesk.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung.
• Fundiertes Wissen in der Prüfung mechatronischer Systeme.
• Erfahrung in LV123/LV124 sowie Hochvolt-Standards von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Integrierte Mechatroniksysteme testen und verifizieren.
• Testanforderungen ableiten, Spezifikationen erstellen und dokumentieren.
• Tests gemäß Kunden-, internen- und Rechtsanforderungen durchführen und auswerten.
• Automatisierungsroutinen für effiziente Testdurchführung entwickeln.

The position is initially offered under a two-year fixed-term contract

• Commissioning mechatronic components and systems
• Deriving test requirements, creating test specifications, and documenting them in the requirements engineering tool
• Performing and validating tests in line with customer, internal, and legal requirements in the areas of system integration, low-voltage, and safety testing
• Developing and applying automation routines for efficient test execution
• Preparing, interpreting, and presenting test results to customers and internal stakeholders

• Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable field of study
• Sound expertise in testing mechatronic systems
• Knowledge of testing in accordance with LV123 / LV124 and additional high-voltage standards; experience in system integration testing is desirable
• Strong expertise in electric drives and powertrain systems
• Experience with test bench control systems, such as dSPACE, ControlDesk, or AutomationDesk
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
