Zusammenfassung

Intellias sucht eine/n Test Equipment IT Service Technician für die IT-Betriebsunterstützung von Testständen in Ingolstadt und Wolfsburg. Sie sind verantwortlich für Setup, Konfiguration und Betrieb der test-technikspezifischen IT-Hardware vom Einkauf bis zum 1st/2nd Level Support.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbaren Abschluss, solide Kenntnisse in Windows-Administration, Netzwerktechnik und Erfahrung mit Jira/Confluence mit.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss.
• Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse in Windows-Administration, Anwendungen und Netzwerktechnik.
• Erfahrung in IT-Installation, Wartung, Fehlerbehebung und Netzwerkinstallationen.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Atlassian-Tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Scripting-Fähigkeiten (PowerShell, Python), Active Directory und Client Deployment.
• ITIL-Grundwissen, agile Methoden (Scrum/SAFe) und Awareness für Informationssicherheit (TISAX, ISO 27001).

Aufgaben

• Planung, Bestellung, Installation, Konfiguration und Verwaltung der IT-Komponenten für den Testbetriebs (Testbench-PCs, Monitore, Eingabegeräte).
• Aufbau und Betrieb von Testbench-PCs inkl. Netzwerk- und Benutzerkonfiguration.
• Installation und Konfiguration von Tests-Software sowie Durchführung von Software- und Firmware-Updates.
• Vorbereitung der Aufbau-Racks für Automatisierung und Fernsteuerung.
• Eigenständige, bereichsübergreifende Verwaltung, Wartung und Inventur der IT-Hardware inkl. Skripterstellung mit grafischer Benutzeroberfläche.
• 1st/2nd Level Support und Reporting sowie Einhaltung der IT-Richtlinien und Sicherheitsstandards des Kunden.

What project we have for you For the IT operation of test benches within a long-term test infrastructure programme in the automotive/connected car field, we are looking for Test Equipment IT Service Technicians. You are responsible for the setup, configuration and operation of the test-technology-specific IT hardware at our Ingolstadt and Wolfsburg sites - from procurement to 1st/2nd level support.

• Planning, ordering, installation, configuration and management of the IT components required for test bench operation (test bench PCs, monitors, input devices)
• Setup and operation of test bench PCs incl. network and user configuration
• Installation and configuration of test software as well as execution of software and firmware updates
• Preparing the test racks for automation and remote capability
• Independent, cross-project management, maintenance and inventory of the IT hardware incl. creation of scripts with a graphical user interface
• 1st/2nd level support and reporting as well as compliance with the client's applicable IT guidelines and security standards

Требования

• Completed IT training (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or comparable degree
• Solid IT understanding: Windows administration, applications and network technology
• Experience in IT installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and network installation
• Confident use of the Atlassian tool chain (Jira, Confluence)
• Good written and spoken German and English; independent, reliable and diligent way of working
