Territory Sales Manager – North‑West Germany

In this position you will play a vital role in driving sales of Ansell's Medical products in the Nord Rhein Westfalen, Saarland, and Rheinland Pfalz regions by engaging both end users and distributors, with direct sales efforts focused on universities and clinics. The position also includes training hospital staff, serving as a Product Specialist for a specific portfolio, and supporting product demonstrations and test runs inside the operating room.

What your role will be?
  • Maximize sales and market penetration through direct and indirect sales in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and promotional activities, including seminars for hospital customers.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain continuous profiling of end‑users and opinion leaders.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity; provide feedback and insights to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Ensure effective territory management with regular account coverage, accurate reporting, and prioritization to meet targets.
  • Address customer complaints and quality issues in line with Medical Devices Act regulations.
  • Represent the company positively, pursue personal development goals, and actively engage in meetings, reviews, and special assignments.
What will you bring to Ansell?
  • Demonstrated previous experience of Hospitals Sales, preferably in the medical/ OR sector
  • Demonstrative selling/ channel experience including consultative selling and knowledge of clinical networks.
  • Strong analytical, budgeting, reporting, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. SFDC) and MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Effective communicator and presenter with English proficiency (B2+) and a valid driving license.
  • Self‑motivated, process‑disciplined, team‑oriented, and solution‑focused in approach.
