I’m supporting a global medical device leader as they expand their commercial team in Bavaria, Germany.

This role focus's on driving adoption of advanced blood management and haemostasis technologies across major hospital departments. You’ll be partnering closely with clinical teams, building relationships at every level and shaping standards of care across multiple specialties.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Owning your territory with full responsibility for revenue growth, account development and pipeline management.
  • Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders; surgeons, anaesthetists, trauma teams, lab medicine, procurement and hospital leadership.
  • Running evaluations, trainings and product demonstrations to support conversions and long-term adoption.
  • Expanding usage in existing accounts while hunting for new business opportunities.
  • Working closely with clinical specialists and cross‑functional teams to implement solutions and support customers.
  • Providing market insights and product feedback to commercial and R&D teams.
What we’re looking for:
  • At least 3 years’ success in medical device sales.
  • Strong background in consultative, clinical or capital equipment sales.
  • Experience working with acute care hospitals (O.R. or complex clinical environments is a bonus).
  • A confident communicator who can present, influence and build trust across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strategic mindset; someone who can plan, execute and manage a complex territory.
  • Strong technical and clinical learning agility.
